I’m LaShunda! I have 8+ years experience in web content and modular page design. I have a passion for organizing information and solving content design challenges that prioritize users needs.

What do I build? component-based pages, structured content, and creating/organizing information like site maps, navigation, hierarchies, and wireframes.

What do I write? ux copy, buttons, user documentation, labels, descriptions, and video transcripts.

I also have experience in on-page SEO, accessibility, content strategy, research, end-user training, copy editing, and asset & knowledge management.

What industries have I worked in? healthcare, education, investment services, and public libraries.

What are my interests outside of work? when my dog isn’t bossing me around I love to read, write fiction and poetry, take walks, and watch tv and movies.
